I want to live here.
Vogue.com said this week that it’s “perhaps the most coveted spot to spend the night in the country.” There are British-trained butlers at your beck and call. The 1,000 mosaic-tile pool is inlaid with 24-karat gold. The beds are nine feet wide. Madonna slept here. They serve $800 martinis. And best of all, its designer Gianni Versace’s former Mansion. Need I say more?
Although I can’t live there, we now all have the opportunity to stay. Transformed by renowned events impresario and restaurateur Barton G. Weiss, The Villa by Barton G. opened this month with ten opulent suites and a decadent Dining Room in the heart of South Beach.
This is a “must visit” on my list since it’s the perfect concoction of my two loves, fashion and travel.
Rates at The Villa By Barton G. start at $2,100/night. So, I better start saving now.
